braillebot is responding to COVID19 :

The safety of our customers and braillebot users is the TOP priority for braillebot and because of this we have implemented several additional steps in our quality control and manufacturing process to ensure the upmost safety precaution in the presence of a global pandemic - COVID19.
In alignment with the current research, we have responded by adding these manufacturing steps:

• All parts & machinery used in manufacturing each braillebot product is made in facilities that follow strict guidelines to keep facilities safe from the COVID19 virus.

• All assembly is done in a sterilized work station

• Every single part and packaging unit of any braillebot product is sterilized using disinfectants that meet the EPA criteria to be used against COVID19 virus on surfaces

• All assembled units, prior to shipping, have been “quarantined” in a sterilized room for a minimum of 5 days as recommended by the current research for plastic surfaces & paper products.

• All assembly is done by human helpers who have followed COVID19 safety protocols and have not shown any symptoms (or have come in contact with someone showing symptoms) of COVID19 in the last 14 days.

• All assembly is done by human helpers who are required to wear a mask & gloves when assembling each unit.
